Q. What methods of payments can I use at your online shop?

A. We accept online payments through PayPal, although you don't need an account with PayPal to pay for goods by Debit or Credit card, checkout is a quicker process if you do have an account.  The amount you spend with us may also be limited if you don't have a paypal account (this I believe is to protect you against fraudulent activity).

At our high street store we accept all major credit and debit cards, so if your local and your picking up you can pay with plastic too!

Q. Can I pay by Cheque? 

Yes, we accept payment by cheque. Your goods will not be despatched, but they will be held out of stock, until payment clears.  Remember to put your guarantee card details on the back of the cheque along with the invoice/order number.  Once payment clears we will despatch your goods.  The address to send your cheques can be found here.

Q. What about cash, do you take that? 

For security reasons you cannot pay for goods with cash unless we are making a local delivery, or installing the products (only available to customers on Aberdeenshire/Moray North East Coast).

If you are local (aberdeenshire/north east coast) you can take advantage of our value added services such as installation.  Just order your goods as normal, select 'Local Delivery' for your delivery option and then type in the box that follows, with some instruction, i.e. you want us deliver and install, or you just want us to deliver.  Depending on your location or order size we may apply a 10p per mile surcharge for local deliveries, we will let you know.  Installations will encour our minimum hourly charge of £25.00 - but you get an hour of our time for instruction or advice.  We will then accept payment on delivery by cheque or cash.
